As a Cloud Engineer at DFI Retail Group, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud services to ensure high availability, scalability, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective cloud solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about cloud technologies and enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions, leveraging various cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Develop and maintain cloud architecture frameworks and best practices to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud services.

• Collaborate with product teams to provide guidance on cloud technologies, tools, and methodologies.

• Automate infrastructure deployment and management processes using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability and efficient resource utilization.

• Collaborate with the security team to ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to the company's security policies and standards.

• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.


• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.

• Document system configurations, procedures, and guidelines.


Do you have experience as a Cloud Engineer?

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience (At least 3 Years) as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including various services such as compute, storage, networking, and databases.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS).

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation.

• Solid understanding of security best practices for cloud environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
