Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is looking for a Marketing Manager for an international company in the automotive industry based in Makati.

We need someone experienced and strategic to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a track record of leading successful marketing campaigns that boost business growth.



  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our automotive products and services, increase brand awareness, engage customers, and boost sales.
  • Lead and guide a team of marketing professionals, offering support and feedback to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with company objectives and priorities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition, and use insights to shape marketing strategies.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts such as website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness, using data-driven insights to enhance performance.
  • Develop and oversee marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor expenses to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand reputation.


Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  1. Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, focusing on the automotive industry.
  2. Proven experience in leading marketing teams and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills to motivate team members and create a collaborative work environment.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  5. Strategic thinker with analytical skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  6. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and knowledge of emerging marketing trends.
  7. Effective project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
