Key Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology
  • Ability to facilitate scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retro) and lead meetings including Program Increment Planning
  • Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interferences
  • Ability to track and remove impediments
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships within the scrum team
  • Ensures that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team
  • Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
  • Helps the team deliver their sprint goals
  • Assign other duties as deemed necessary

  • Digital Distribution scrum teams
  • Scrum Masters
  • Product Owners and Domain Leads
  • Various Scrum teams
  • Various T&T departments
  • AXA GO (as needed)
  • Third-Party Vendors (as needed)
Your Profile
  • Graduate of Information Management or related courses
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of solid work experience in a Scrum Master role applying scrum theory, rules and practices
  • With strong knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc
  • Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
  • Experience in using different tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Azure Board, etc
  • With a strong background on software delivery cycle
