Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Email Banker is to effectively handle client inquiries and/or concerns lodged through non-voice channels (E-mails, Social Media, etc.) within the prescribed turnaround time. In addition to the responsibilities of an Email Banker, he/she shall be further exposed by the NV Team Leader and CCC Officers on how to effectively communicate, lead others and have strong motivational and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office ApplicationsProblem solving and negotiation skillsGood in handling client callsCapable of multi-tasking and effective time managementKnowledge in bank operations and/or call center operations is an advantage.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City/Ortigas
