Purpose of the Job

The asset management and planner is responsible in ensuring that the equipment is utilized on the projects efficiently. He/she is also responsible in planning the allocation of the equipment, planning predictive and preventive maintenance on the equipment, and making sure that all equipment is well accounted for. Oversee the seamless and continuous implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management System and other systems related to managing the equipment fleet.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Includes but not limited to the following:

Supervise and monitor the effective implementation and allocation of the equipment to the project for all sub-system allocation, preventive maintenance planning and work order preparation and closing.Monitor, maintain and update all software and platforms related to equipment.Prepare and monitor the preventive maintenance master plan monthly depending on the running hours and utilization of the equipment.Evaluate all work orders for all maintenance related activities daily.Coordinate with plant engineer regarding preventive maintenance and scheduling of equipment.Generate reports such as Equipment Status Report, KPI Monitoring report, Coordination Meeting report and other reports which may be required from time to time.Educational Requirements

BS Mechanical Engineering or any engineering course.

Desired Knowledge / Experience

At least two (2) Years of related experience preferably in heavy equipment / construction industry.
