Responsibilities:

Processes and accounts for all incoming deliveries, withdrawals, and charging of materials in a timely manner to prevent inventory imbalancesEnsures the proper storage, maintenance, and tagging of materials according to warehouse storage and location layout which includes constant coordination with Logistics and SalesIdentifies incidence for claims based on physical checks and technical reports from the proponent and releases items to be returnedAccurately records and updates the material management records in SAPAdheres to Integrated Management System (IMS), environment, OH&S, and Holcim Global Warehouse Standards to maintain an orderly and hazard-free workplaceComplies with the Internal Control Standards (ICS), Holcim Accounting Reporting Principles (HARP),and internal and external auditsMaintains the highest ethical and integrity standards in all internal and external dealingsRequirements:Must be a college graduate, preferably in Business or other related coursesAt least two years of warehouse operations experienceKnowledgeable in SAPMust have a Non-Professional Driver's LicenseTemporary Employment: 1 year
