This role requires proficiency in written English and requirements management know-how, interpersonal communication skill and requires a significant interface with the Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics NAV (ERP) System. May also be tasked with training employees on system solutions tailored to their business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent;At least 2 years experience as Business Analyst;Preferably with experience in Microsoft Navision; andMust be willing to work ONSITE at either Makati City or on one of our sites.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners;Manage end to end process of Project implementation, SDLC Methodology, Artifacts, and control element;Conducts Business System analysis, product prototype demo and software testing;Creates Product demo documents, project initiation plans, project proposal and costing mechanics. Prepares business requirements, operating policies and procedures within the prescribed organizational standards; andAnalysis integration and migration requirements. Analysis/ validates data to report findings, risks and recommendations.
