Job Title: Inventory Control Manager

Join our team as an Inventory Control Manager and take on the challenge of optimizing our Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our MHE fleet, inventory control, and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • College Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in MHE/truck maintenance and inventory control management
  • Proven experience in inventory control management, planning, and decision-making
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and consolidate MHE-related reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of MHE-related supplies
  • Maintain and monitor databases for all MHE files, ensuring up-to-date information
  • Monitor FMS usage of sites on a weekly basis, identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts and audits, ensuring compliance with procedures
  • Assist the Technical/Fleet Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the Company fleet
  • Determine and communicate repairs needed for the Company fleet, ensuring maximum equipment life and minimal downtime
  • Consolidate MHE AREA sites reports, providing insights for improvement
  • Facilitate Area MHE concerns, report, and inventory/stock management
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management
