PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures deliverables are completed within timelines and within expected quality. Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity. Assist IT Management with budget related activities, prepares monthly financial reports, invoice processing, vendor management, IT Asset Management related tasks. Support IT Vendor Manager in preparing management report to CIOCreate and manage IT Documentation (eg.,contracts, databases, policies & procedures.)Undertakes personal development or trainings as may be deemed necessary to meet the duties and responsibilities.Complies with and ensures strict adherence to company policies. Review processes and provide recommendations to streamline processes.Performs other administrative tasks that may be assigned by Management. JOB QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge in procurement, finance, budget preparation, creating road map and strategy planning, tracking of updates in collaboration with IT Planning & Governance Head, and understanding, analyzing information and problem solving, and quality management.Keen on identifying opportunities for improvement.Proactive in taking on tasks.Can learn quickly.Flexible and capable of taking multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines Self-motivated and results oriented.Experience in tracking multiple items or deliverables.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills High degree of organizational, and analytical skills. Strong in oral & written communication.Knowledgeable in MS Office application.
