The IT Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, resolving technical issues and preventing downtime to enable staff to perform their tasks efficiently.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Ensure the installation and configuration of hardware and software
• Configure network settings, including switches, hubs, and access points
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity issues, telephone problems, and CCTV video loss
• Perform repair and maintenance tasks on desktops, laptops, and printers
• Provide technical support for Microsoft system applications, including Office and Windows Operating systems

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in the hotel industry
• Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of system development, automation, and system analysis (optional)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Primary work areas include computer operations, computer repair, wire, and cable installation
