Summary
As an IT
Associate at our hotel, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless
operation of our technology systems to enhance guest experiences and support
hotel staff. Your role includes providing technical support to both guests
and team members, managing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues,
and maintaining the hotel's IT infrastructure, including reservation systems
and network equipment. You will be responsible for performing routine updates
and backups, addressing any technical problems promptly, and supporting IT projects
aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Technical
Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to hotel staff and
guests, addressing issues related to computers, printers, telephone systems,
and other technology-related equipment.

System
Maintenance: Oversee the installation, configuration, and routine maintenance
of hotel IT systems, including property management systems (PMS), reservation
systems, and network infrastructure.

Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal
disruption to hotel operations and guest services.

Network
Management: Monitor and maintain the hotel's network performance, including
Wi-Fi connectivity for guests and staff. Ensure secure and reliable network
access.

Project Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, such as system upgrades,
technology implementations, and enhancements to existing IT infrastructure.

Inventory
Management: Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software, ensuring that
all assets are properly accounted for and in good working condition.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of IT issues, solutions, and system changes to
build a comprehensive knowledge base and support continuous improvement.
