  • Create and manage a central repository of company operational policies and procedures
  • Design and execute experiments to improve content effectiveness
  • Review audience feedback and provide data-driven analysis and content recommendations

What you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least a C1 CEFR proficiency level
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant content experience
  • Self-help/help center content writing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant project/program management experience
  • Experience with content strategy and content design
