POSITION SUMMARY:

The Social Media Team's primary goal is to engage audiences, build brand presence, and drive successful campaigns through strategic social media practices. We play a crucial role in shaping the organization's online reputation and fostering community interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Social Media strategy: Manage and maintain the social media content calendar and engage with followers by responding promptly and professionally to comments and direct messages.Employer Branding: Monitor and reply to reviews on Glassdoor/Indeed and promote employee testimonials on social media to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.PR Specialist: Assist with PR-driven social media efforts by creating posts for corporate PR initiatives.Copywriting Specialist: Write engaging and persuasive copy.Graphic Design Specialist: Create compelling and visually appealing graphics for social media posts.
