RECEIVING ARTWORKS AND CONDITION REPORTING

Oversee incoming and outgoing artworks and administer condition reports Registers and assigns identification numbers to all art and objects, according to established system INVENTORY, STORAGE and LOGISTICS Maintain inventory database, records of storage, exhibit, and loan locations of all objects Monitor, add and update artwork status on Artlogic Keeps storage areas organized Prepare works for gallery exhibitions and art fairs Caring for and preserving works of art with conservators SHIPPING Arrange local, domestic and international shipping, in charge of relevant communicationManaging transportation and customs procedures as artworks are shipped to temporary exhibitions, such as overseas art fairsOversee handling, packing, movement, and inspection of all objects entering or leaving galleryOversee local deliveries and installation schedules of art handling team INSURANCE Maintain insurance limits and work closely with accounting staff and insurance brokerArranges insurance of objects on loan/special exhibition RISK MANAGEMENT Determining risk factors to art and mitigating them (including vandalism, theft, pests, emergencies, and natural disasters)Implement strategies to minimize risks
Must: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management/ Communication / Library Science / Humanities / Fine Arts / Art History / Art Studies / Philippine Studies Highly organized, thorough, detailed oriented, and a problem solver with excellent time-management and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and productively.Multitasker. Must be able to oversee various projects and events Detail oriented. Must be able to manage numerous details of the shipping and art movement processes, including manage the paperwork to ship works overseasExcellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to deal with various shippers and customs requirements
