JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Processing capital calls and distributions including mailbox management, wire instructions confirmation and capturing amounts in Efront, etc;
• Interaction with external service providers such as banks, custodians and general partners;
• Supporting the team efforts with regards to internal reporting (compliance, internal audit, maintenance of process documentation (corporate knowledge base WIKI, etc.);
• Investigation management with investment professionals, accountants and tax specialists with regards to cash flows of investments, including unfunded commitment difference;
• Other ad-hoc and administrative duties.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor in finance, accounting or business administration;
• At least 2-4 years relevant working experience;
• Possess a flair for financial figures and strong computer user skills;
• Demonstrate a very accurate working style, a committed and flexible personality, being eager to learn and to be able to deal with pressure;
• Have a hands-on attitude;
• Use a professional communication style, excellent written and verbal English language skills.
