A QC Analyst is expected to:

Review and provide feedback for all art in the Merri pipeline using our quality control standardsDirectly compare reference images with created assets at each stage of development to ensure they are spatially and visually accurateUse Merri internal tooling to review and provide feedback for technical issues such as geometry budget, texture size, and shader setupReview textures and materials for each asset to ensure proper technique was usedReview geometry for each asset to ensure an optimized polygon count was usedContribute towards the look and feel of the entire Merri platform by creating, updating, and enhancing existing quality control documentationOverdeliver on project timelines and deliverables with minimal feedbackWork towards creating a world-class art pipeline with improvements and suggestions What it takes to be part of our team:Bachelor's degree in visual arts or equivalent2-5 years of experience as a QC Analyst or Senior 3D Artist within the game or architectural design industryExperience with 3DS Max or MayaExperience with PBR workflows, and texture map creationProficient in both hard surface and organic modeling techniques What's in it for you?Competitive Total Rewards (Compensation, HMO, Group Life Insurance, and Performance bonuses)A very collaborative work culture Find a balance between work and life that fits you.
