Quality Assurance/Production Engineers

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of BS ECE, BS Industrial Technology with a major in electronics or electrical engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or any other electronics related courses.
  2. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  3. Must have good analytical and Communication skills.
  4. Willing to work on Holidays and extended hours.
    Responsibilities:
    1. Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision, mission statement, and core values of the company.
    2. Sets up parameters / inputs specification data on the Characteristic Inspection Device and other inspection machines.
    3. Reviews and revises testing software as needed, records revisions undertaken, and updates sticker identification.
    4. Manages in-circuit tester operations, including the inputting of data, data debugging, and repair of fixtures; monitors the viability of the software used for inspection; and undertakes troubleshooting on abnormalities detected.
    5. Performs in-process inspection / quality control procedures to ensure conformity with internal quality specifications and customer requirements.
    6. Monitors limit the samples used by quality assurance and the production lines.
    7. Confirms and recommends action to be taken on or disposition of non-conforming units following established guidelines and procedures.
    8. Conducts failure analysis of non-conforming products; stores and summarizes the data obtained; and provides information to concerned work units.
    9. Performs calibration and maintenance of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, jigs, and other equipment used in inspection of products to ensure conformance to established parameters and specifications.
    10. Performs periodic patrol inspections in the production line for cross-checking and standard alignment purposes.
    11. Participate in planning activities related to improvements on production equipment and processes with regards to cost performance and quality issues; assists in monitoring compliance by all concerned with decision actions arrived in connection with such improved plans.
    12. Assists in the preparation of production equipment layouts and jigs fabrication drawings.
    13. Performs load computations, material estimates and installation of additional production lines.
    14. Sets up and commissions new production machines,and equipment.
    15. Oversees and guides production personnel in relation to the operation of production machines and equipment.
    16. Repairs, troubleshoots, and conducts overhauling and conversion of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic equipment and machines.
    17. Assists in the preparation of project plans and schedules for periodic maintenance and monitoring of production lines, machines, and equipment.
