The duties and responsibilities of a Hotel Secretary includes:

Managing reservations, including check-ins and check-outs.Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.Greeting and assisting guests with inquiries or issues.Coordinating meetings and appointments.Maintaining guest and hotel staff records and files.Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.Providing administrative support to hotel management and staff.Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in managing reservations and guest information.Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain confidentiality.Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service best practices is a plus.
