WFH Bookkeeper/Accountant for Australian Accounting and Bookkeeping company.

Onyx Business Group is a forward-thinking Accounting and Bookkeeping firm with a difference, and we are rapidly expanding.

We currently have an opening for an experienced Bookkeeper who wants to work with a proactive team located in Perth, Western Australia.

We have worked with an off-shore team for many years and have excellent support and training opportunities.

You must be bright and bubbly and understand the importance of what an exceptional customer experience looks like. You must be able to get your head around many different types of software and have a desire to learn and grow. You need to be progressive with online advancements.

Your role will be to work closely with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional results. People are the core of what we do, and we pride ourselves on doing the job well, all while having fun while we do it.

To be considered this position, you must:

have recent experience working with Australian companies have a high level of spoken and written Englishhave the ability to work with multiple clients during the dayhave sound knowledge of Australian GST legislation have sound knowledge and experience with payroll serviceshave solid Xero experience (Xero certification would be advantageous)have MYOB ARL (cloud based) experience would be beneficialbe extremely well organised and work well under the pressure of deadlineshave sound knowledge of Office productshave the obvious qualities of having a high ethical standard, honesty, exceptional time management, a high level of attention to detail, respectability, professionalism, a sense of fun and love for what you do be someone who can work in a team but can also work autonomously as this is an off-shore positionhave a quiet and work orientated workspacehave reliable, fast internetbe able to pick up new types of software with easehave a team mentality, sound interpersonal skills, supporting colleagues and clients Please note that if you are unable to fit the above criteria, we will not consider your application.
