Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management environment.Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with procurement software.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Knowledge of maintenance operations and familiarity with maintenance-related materials and equipment.
