1. Monitoring of daily trading operations.

Prepares and assures systems is 100% operational during trading hours; andPerforms end-of-day ("EOD") processes. 2. Trading Operations Activities: Manage the PSEtrade X-stream administration interface (XAI) from adding, deleting and updating the following: referential data, corporate events, index, sectoral constituents and Trading Participants ("TP") IDs;Validates data in the Foreign Ownership System (FOL_CCM) file generated by FOL system to ensure correctness of local and foreign owned shares reflected in the file;Prepares and ensures accuracy of foreign market report (stock and metal) before 8:30 am every morning.Ensures market data (i.e. change in company name, ownership restriction, security name, symbol, ISIN, Par Value Foreign Limit, delisting and declassification of a security displayed in the PSE website are updated regularly and accurately;Regularly update securities displayed in the Electronic Display Board (EDB) in accordance on the EDB Display Guidelines;Conducts system UAT following a prepared script to compare expected with actual results, validate systems functionality and validate data; andPrepares TP billing reports to CTD on a monthly basis. 3. Broker Support Activities: a. Handles first level support for both hardware and software problems on PSETrade/PSETradeXpert systems;b. Provides support to TP (onsite and offsite) and media (ANC) regarding different trade-related queries; andc. Manage web portals for TP subscribed to PSETradeX services. Qualifications:

Knowledge

A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or any computer-related fieldsWith at least one (1) year experience on related functionsWith Certified Securities Specialist is an advantageWorking knowledge in stock brokerage operation is an advantage Skills Good problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbove average verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of LAN/WAN/PC troubleshooting, basic modem, and router operations is a mustService and Results-orientedDetail-orientedProven team player and able to readPassionate and driven'Can Do' AttitudeWilling to work on-site (BGC, Taguig)
