Job Purpose:
Responsible for the prompt and efficient delivery and collection of Company supplies, equipment and materials on foot or by vehicle under varying conditions in a prescribed area within and outside the metro

Job Duties:

Ensures proper courier packagingDeliver items to specified addresses within a set timeframePerforms errands such as going to the bank for deposit and withdrawal transactionsEnsures safe and secure delivery of items to addressees including collections if necessary Plans and follows the most efficient routes for delivering goodsMaintains a record of daily visits such as items received and delivered and recipients' responses to messagesEnsure that delivery receipts and other necessary paperwork are properly filled out and returned to the office.

Ensures pleasant and effective relations with customers, suppliers, and other partyAssists in keeping the warehouse facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently Assists in warehouse activities such as pulling, filling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pickupEnsure that the vehicle is clean and in good operating conditionCarries out any other duties as directed by management from time to timeSkills/Qualifications:
Knows how to drive motorcycle, knowledge in basic troubleshooting a plusPossesses sufficient skills to understand directions Has a thorough knowledge of all the locations of the city to deliver couriers Has a good sense of direction and understanding of traffic patternsHas good interpersonal skills to deal with workplace receptionists to deliver couriersHonest, flexible and responsible Can work efficiently with minimum supervision
