Assist the Store Leader in managing and inspiring the team to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experienceAddress and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionallyCollaborate with the Store Leader to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed store targetsMonitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.Implement initiatives to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and enhance overall store performanceOversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.Coordinate with the Store Leader to manage store schedules, budgets, and resources efficientlyStay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, services, and technology trends.Educate team members and customers on product features, benefits, and usage.Assist in launching new products and promotions, ensuring a seamless and informative experience for customers.Ensure compliance with all Apple Requirements, Gov't permits and other legal requirementsPerform housekeeping duties as assigned.Engage with clients according to Apple Sales Training guidelines and prescribed company procedures.Participates in team decision-making about corporate decisions and process improvement.Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.Take charge of the workplace when the Store Leader is not around.Assist in stocking shelves, merchandising and marketing prices when required.Handle cash transactions, credit card transactions and collect paymentsGiving of change and issuance of receiptsEnsure that collections are deposited on the next day or next banking dayKeep/File reports of transactionsDirect all concerns to Store Leader.Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
