SAP SD Senior Consultant role in Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center

Deloitte is seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Senior Consultant to join its team in the Philippines Delivery Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Sales Distribution and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

About the role

The SAP SD Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading SAP Sales Distribution projects, configuring SAP modules, and developing functional specifications. The role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to map them to SAP.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead SAP Sales Distribution projects from design to implementation
  • Configure SAP modules, including Sales, Distribution, and Pricing
  • Develop functional specifications and configuration documents
  • Map business processes to SAP and identify as-is and to-be processes
  • Configure scenarios relevant to SAP modules
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients
  • Present and discuss work results clearly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of experience in SAP Sales Distribution
  • Experience in SAP Sales Distribution full cycle implementation, with at least 2 full cycle implementation projects leading the design and build of solutions
  • Experience in SAP Business Partner – Customer deploying the latest business partner modelling
  • Complex Pricing, Deposit and Sales Tax handling
  • Availability check and transfer of requirements
  • Item proposal
  • Free goods and bonus buys
  • Omnichannel Sales Promotions
  • Global Trade Identification Numbers (GTIN) and Units of Measure
  • Listing and Exclusion
  • Document Incompletion
  • Text Control
  • Account determination
  • Demand (Inquiries & quotations, Master Contracts, Sales, credits, returns, returnable packaging etc. and supply integration)
  • Fulfilment (outbound, inter and intra-company)
  • Settlement (external and inter-company)
  • Reporting and analytical

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in S4/Hana on-premise configuration
  • Preferably S4/Hana certified
  • Experience in enabling the success of related functions, including Finance & Credit Management (FSCM), Procurement & Inventory, Demand & Supply Planning, Security, authorisation and role design, Organisation Change Management (OCM), Data conversion, Testing and solution validation, Training and Support
  • Experience in running Blueprint Workshop and mapping business processes to SAP
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes
  • Ability to configure scenarios relevant to SAP modules
  • Ability to write functional specification/configuration documents
  • Good hands-on capability – can independently develop good quality deliverables
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients
  • Ability to present and discuss work results clearly
