Must be able to work remotely with minimum supervision.Organized, self-motivated, disciplined, and works well with others.Management experience in overseeing design development.Leadership experience in coordination with engineering consultants.Work closely with the Senior Architect / Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.Coordinate design team members to achieve high-quality solutions per scope, budget, and within schedule.Strong decision-making skills and solution driven.Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.Competent in using AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant project management software.Proficiency in Revit is a plus. Job Responsibilities Oversee an agreed scope of work and the operational workload of a project team, ensuring work is allocated appropriately and resources are fully utilized.Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure effective communication of progress, changes, and resolution of issues.Work collaboratively with other sectors/disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design or solution and to resolve complex technical issues.Manage the production of project deliverables to ensure that these meet or exceed client expectations.Review and quality assure the work of other staff before delivery to ensure it meets the requirements of the client's brief.Take responsibility and accountability for own performance and that of junior team members.
