admin/ accounting staff

ADMIN TASK
1.
Ensure the efficient and some
day-to day operations of our office.
2.
Providing support to Supervisor
and Operation Personnel, assisting in daily office responsibilities.
3.
Answer phone calls from Head
Office with the time table provision reports, before relaying message it should
be with consent from superior.
4.
Organized and schedule
appointments like P.O for refueling vehicle.
5.
Prepares/ Process renewal permits of Delivery Trucks, yearly renewal
of Service Vehicles and any other.
6.
In charge of making the minutes
of the meetings.
7.
Make and distribute corresponding memos, letters, forms and the like.
8.
Perform other duties from time
to time.
ACCOUNTING TASK
1.
Prepare SOA (Statement of
Account) and other documents needed i.e checks for replacement.
2.
Update payments of customers and
have it ready for posting.
3.
Make inquiries to all banks (BDO
& Metrobank) with regards to "unknown deposits".
4.
Regular updating of all customer "jacket"
accounts to determine the status of purchases.
5.
Monitors mode of payment agreed
with the customer
6.
Establish good rapport towards customers
and encourage them to issue post dated checks (Pdc's) to avoid late payment.
7.
Properly record all customers
inter-action made through the phone (complaints, inquiries) follow up on status
of their purchases.
