Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and Print Sales Order at all times from Email.

2. Ensure that stocks are available for delivery as stated in Sales Order for the day.

3. Assign delivery schedules and delivery assignments and coordinate the same with Sales Agents and Office Admin Staff.

4. Request and oversee production or purchase of items that are low in inventory stock.

5. Monitor production and delivery at all items in the warehouse.

6. Ensure that items for delivery are available before delivery dates.

7. Prepare and print Delivery Receipts necessary for deliveries.

8. Check delivery receipts versus Actual Loading of materials and Inventory (including backload).

9. Manage all the Incoming and Outgoing deliveries, Loading and Unloading of all materials in our Warehouse.

10. Preparing Outgoing Deliveries as per the schedule.

11. Prepare accurate reports and submit timely thru email/messenger everyday.

12. Other tasks that may be assigned.
