Responsible for documenting and ensuring effective implementation of policies, and operating procedures to meet product and service quality standards.Monitor implemented programs (Good Hygiene Practices, Cleaning and Sanitation, Pest Control) to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory standards.Identify, solve, and prevent problems affecting service quality and make proactive recommendations and solutions to improve quality and efficiency.Maintain close working relationships with other department managers/supervisory personnel for process improvements, process documentation, and monitoring to meet and maintain service and product quality.Conduct quarterly and random internal audits of all services/products and coordinate results with department heads and the management to ensure compliance with The Spa Wellness Quality Management System;Assist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues (including customer complaints) through collaboration with the Branch Head, HR, and the management.Process non-compliance reports, in coordination with the immediate supervisor of the employee involved then issue non-conformance reports after full investigation or audit.Regularly review the quality management system and update as needed then schedule process review with the management once a year.Job Qualifications:Bachelor of Science graduate, preferably Industrial EngineeringWith at least 5 years of experience in the same industry or retail and hospitalityKnowledgeable in IDO With internal quality audit documentation experience
