* Develop and implement a strategic plan for service delivery
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service delivery managers

* Allocate resources effectively to meet client demands and project requirements
* Establish and enforce quality standards for service delivery
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery
* Develop and manage budgets for service delivery operations
* Ensure compliance with service level agreements, contracts, and regulatory requirements
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement
