Treasury Specialist

Seeking a skilled Finance professional to support APAC countries' financial directors in Treasury related topics, enforce compliance guidelines, and transfer financial knowledge to new team members.

You will be part of our high-performing Knowledge Center Finance team in Cebu, working closely with the group's Corporate Treasury team in Switzerland.

• Monitor and initiate foreign exchange hedging to minimize foreign currency exposure in APAC.
• Assess and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and support in cash flow forecasting.
• Assist with the execution of internal dividend planning.
• Participate in various recurring tasks and Treasury related projects.
• Share and transfer financial knowledge to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Manage centralized treasury tasks through the knowledge center, setting standard processes for the team and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CFA Charterholder or currently working towards obtaining the CFA designation is highly preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with financial directors and senior management.
• Experience in banking, treasury management, foreign exchange hedging or cash flow forecasting is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
