Philippines BELARVERDE FOODS CORPORATION Full time

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate accounting functions and programs for the finance team.
- Prepare and report company financial statements such as Income statements/PNL, balance sheets, and cash flows.
- Prepare revenue projections and forecast expenditures.
- Monitor budgets and maintain/reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Lead cash control, selling cycle, inventory, and Annual audit. Investigate and resolve audit findings and account discrepancies.
- Prepare regulatory requirements and tax returns for audits.
- Contribute to the development of accounting systems and procedures.
- Support staff with accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounting experience focusing on PNL and FS.
- Knowledgeable in tax laws and accounting principles.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized with strong stress management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to train and lead staff.
- Capable of working independently.
