Responsibilities

Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires
Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership
Track team and individual performance of your employees
Track the % of errors and damage to goods at individual level and address these issues during performance reviews with employees
Support to implement improvement activities
Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (break-bulk; re-packaging), outbound (pick/pack), materials handling responsibilities and general housekeeping duties
Perform basic stocktaking and inventory checks as well as basic data entry into the warehouse management system
Maintain material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and EHS rules and regulations (if applicable)
Be part of a team where your observations and suggestions will be heard and acted on
Monitor ageing and near ex items
Ensure that invty KPI are being met
Close all DDRS reported by store
Ensure minimal inventory variance
Ensure cycle count and location integ are being made
Match invty of customer and DHL system

Requirements
Preferably College graduate of any 4 years course / Business Management or any related course
3-5 years' of work experience in Supervisory level in the same field or Supply Chain/Manufacturing/warehousing industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in MS Excel
Proficient in SAP system and WMS
With sense of Leadership and organizational skills
Well versed in order processing, inventory and customer service job
Strong communication skills and keen on details
Willing to work on a shifting work schedule
Willing to be assigned in Sucat Muntinlupa City
