Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Marine or equivalentAt least 2 years teaching experience / industry experience.Strong experience in academic administration and development of academic programmes/curriculum, policies, and regulations necessary to hold authority over the activities in an educational institution.Suitable research publications in high quality peer reviewed publication outlets in one of the discipline areas offered in the college.Having a proven track record as a leader, teacher and public servant in a variety of settings is critical.Meets the external requirements of the Commission on Higher Education and applicable specialized accrediting organizations.Must possess IMO Certification 6.09, 3.12, and 6.10 Responsibilities: Will teach a specific field of specialization/ expertise;Observes the curricular program and implements approved syllabus for the assigned subject matterPlans learning activities, visual aids, considering the needs of the students in relation to the skill/s he/she needs to acquire.Implements school guidance on classroom managementDevelops instructional materialsModerators or coaches of student-related activities and school organizationPrepares and delivers lessons to a range of classesPerforms other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.Available to teach face-to-face classes in Dasmarinas, Cavite campus.
