Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee work hours.
- Ensure proper use and functioning of timekeeping systems.
- Verify the accuracy of timesheets and resolves discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and wage- hour
- Coordinate with supervisors to validate timekeeping records.
- Address payroll queries related to timekeeping
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling appointments,
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints from clients and visitors, providing
- Assist in the coordination and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in timekeeping roles
- Proficiency with timekeeping and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge with labor law and wage hour regulations
