Community Relations Officer

Job Objective/s
The Community Relations Officer is responsible for nurturing harmonious relationships with the surrounding communities, LGUs and other key stakeholders within Luzon sites to secure support towards the Company's goals and strategies, ensure project acceptance, prepare a conducive
operating environment, and create opportunities that build lasting relationships and loyalty.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Community Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct information, education, and communication campaigns in promoting the project
- Liaise with the surrounding communities and organizations to promote strategic and harmonious partnerships with key stakeholders
- Process sponsorship and other requests of surrounding communities
- Promote open communications with the surrounding communities and effectively espouse the Company's good reputation through promotion of its goals and milestone 2. CSR Program Management
- Develop and implement effective and efficient CSR programs for the benefit of surrounding communities, LGUs and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of Company's CSR programs and stakeholder engagement campaigns
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned3. ER 1-94 Program Establishment
- Facilitate establishment of the GenCo's trust accounts intended for the financial benefits under the ER 1-94 Program
- Assist the host communities in establishing trust accounts for the financial benefits under the ER 1-94 Program4. Documentation and Reporting
- Monitor and ensure accomplishment of the Individual Work Program and assigned KPIs in the Department Work Program
- Prepare and monitor annual budget
- Submit documentation and other reports
- Maintain database of key contacts and keep an organized filing system Position Requirements (Basic Qualifications)
- A graduate of bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or any business-related course
- Must have 3-5 years of community development or CSR experience
- Customer-oriented and with good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, can multi-task, can work on flexible schedules and willing to travel
- Has working knowledge on sustainability concepts and project management
