The Front Desk Aesthetician is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing a range of esthetic treatments. This role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, and performing various skin care procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
Client Management: Greet clients warmly, check them in for appointments, and ensure they have a positive experience from arrival to departure.Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming client visits.Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently.Administrative Tasks: Process client payments, handle billing and insurance claims, and maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.Aesthetician Duties:
Consultations: Conduct initial consultations to assess clients' skin care needs and recommend appropriate treatments.Treatments: Perform a variety of esthetic services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skin care procedures in accordance with clinic protocols.Product Knowledge: Provide clients with information about skin care products and recommend home care routines.Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in treatment areas.Client Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up appointments and offer advice on post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer service-oriented position is preferred.Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in office software and scheduling systems.Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate weights, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.Work Environment:The role is performed in a clinical setting, requiring adherence to health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
