JOB DESCRIPTION:Facilitates documentation of customers withdrawal, transfer, including direct shipment requests and no single item shall be released without documentations and shall strictly implemented.Ensure all items for loading and unloading are visually inspected and checked versus its documents.Carries out packing, crating and warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for specific program/s and shipment/s.Meets daily targets for processing in a timely manner to make sure resources are managed and utilized efficiently.Ensures that only complete documented request/s and /or instruction/s are strictly processed for releasing and/or receiving.Ensures that orders packed are road, and seaworthy for transit.Ensures that all details in ATW are verified and match with the actual situation.Ensures the safety protocols especially on PPE are implemented during each shipment transaction.Reports insufficient, over, aging, damaged stocks to Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor including incident of deviation from standard procedures during operations.Ensures packaging materials are appropriately in stock, stored and managed.Manages and monitors repairs of equipment (Forklift, carts, jack lift, hand tools, etc.) and maintains preventive maintenance and repair matrix.Ensures that output efficiently of warehouse workers is optimized.Proactively participates and prepares for Annual Inventory conducted by the company, as support.Provide support to the Warehouse Team Leader and Supervisor related to Logistics Management Processes and Improvements.Provides accurate reports to Team Superiors of logistics daily, monthly, annually and other related operations output and input.Ensures shipment-related goals are met.Files management of logistics and distribution related record of transactions and activities.Maintains a high level of health and safety standards.Implements 5S on a daily basis.Adheres to company and other governmental safety policies and guidelines.Performs other related duties as needed.
