About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Staff to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our facilities. As a full-time member of our operations, you will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repair tasks to keep our equipment, machinery, and facilities in excellent working condition.

  • Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks to keep our equipment, machinery, and facilities in excellent working condition
  • Identify and address any issues or problems that arise, taking prompt action to resolve them
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in kitchen equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge or experience in motor control troubleshooting
  • Experience with exhaust and fresh air fan systems
  • Experience with various types of bun mixers (Planetary, Spiral)
  • Experience with Kolb oven systems
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
