MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

GENERAL TASKS
1 Lead SAP Business One (SAP B1) implementation and upgrade projects
2 Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
3 Customize and configure SAP B1 modules, including finance, sales, inventory, and production.
4 Develop and maintain Crystal Reports and other reporting tools.
5 Provide day-to-day technical and functional support to end-users.
6 Troubleshoot and resolve SAP B1-related issues and queries.
7 Conduct end-user training on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
8 Manage data migration and integration using Data Transfer Workbench.
9 Support cross-border systems integration, including warehouse barcode and add-on modules.
10 Monitor SAP B1 system performance and conduct system upgrades when required.
11 Maintain up-to-date documentation on SAP B1 processes and module usage.
12 Provide expertise on SAP B1 SDK for customization and third-party application integration.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITY
10 Performs other related functions as deemed necessary assigned to him/her by the company officials from time to time.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
(Specify the minimum duration and actual work exposure required to perform the job effectively)

• Proven experience in SAP B1 module configuration (sales, production, finance, inventory).
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports development and MS SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of SAP B1 SDK, UI API, and DI API.
• Experience with system and network administration, including Windows and SQL servers.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and SAP BusinessObjects is an advantage.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
