In the role of Sr.
Vendor Management Analyst, you'll be part of the Insight Human Resources Team and deliver exceptional service to internal customers and enable them to meet their business priorities.
As a member of this team you will need to have a sense of ownership, urgency and pride in your business portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Maintaining and updating the reporting suite within our Fieldglass VMS tool
- Collect reporting requirements and build reports to scale to meet the business needs
- Build dashboards and visual data displays utilizing Excel and Power BI and PowerPoint that includes QBR analytics
- Responsible for vendor performance analytics.
- Provide white glove support to both our internal customers (managers and teammates) and to our vendors.
- Provide Training and Process refreshes to the various lines of business and vendors.
What You'll Need:
7+ years' experience working on a fast-paced dynamic deadline oriented team in a customer facing role
- Proven expertise with reporting, data analytics, and Excel
- Ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly
- High attention to detail, with ability to think analytically.
- Ability to exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business and understand when to escalate up a situation
- Strong command of Office productivity software (Excel, Word , Powerpoint, etc)
- Experience working with a VMS Software (Fieldglass experience a plus)
- SharePoint experience a plus
- Ability to work 8am 5pm EST
