Responsibilities:

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers such as Document Assistant, Journey Officer, and InspectorsSupervises other activities and functions closely interlinked with product distribution such as pack-house, transporters, ship-owners, cargo handlers, and warehousing, stevedoring and arrastre operators. Includes discharging, hauling and storing of bulk raw materialsDetermines receiving priorities, work assignments, and receiving schedules, utilizing knowledge of procedures, routes, and ratesAnalyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine product dispatching processes, tools, and human resource requirementsPlans and schedules workflow for the department and operation according to previously established product receiving and distribution sequences and lead timesPrepares daily dispatch, material receiving reports, lists of required materials, tools, and equipmentRequirements:Must be a college graduate preferably with a degree in EngineeringPreferably with a minimum of three (3) years experience working in Supply Chain Management (Transportation and cargo handling)Preferably with a minimum of two (2) years experience in Port And Cargo Handling OperationsPreferably with background in stock control or administration
