Merchandising Supervisor

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • The Merchandising Supervisor will be responsible for the review, set-up and management (within given budget) of an effective National Merchandising Structure to serve the requirements of our Sales and Marketing Team.
  • He/She will also be tasked to review and set up the Merchandising standards and objectives and to cascade the same to all agencies and ensure full implementation of such standards and objectives.
  • He/She will also be responsible for the monthly reviews of the merchandising structure to determine whether Merchandising budgets, standards and objectives are being met. Where necessary, He/She will recommend changes and implement approved proposals.
  • He/She will also be responsible to monitor that the third party manpower agencies' compliance to all government rules and regulations.
  • He/She will also oversee the execution of Trade Activations.
  • He/She is responsible for the training of all Merchandising Personnel whether in-house or through third party.

Job Qualifications:
 Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in FMCG Has experience in handling National Merchandising Set-up and Trade activations Knowledgeable in Merchandising, Project Management and Execution Planning Results-oriented with high level of competence Strong interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadline.
