We are an Australian-operated BPO located in Kawit, Cavite. Our client is looking for a Virtual Assistant who can handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering emails, scheduling meetings, managing social media and maintaining a database.

The successful candidate must be willing to work a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday in our Kawit, Cavite office.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.With at least 2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant roleCan work simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentMust have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Great organizational skills and project coordination skills.Experience with MS Office tools.Strong attention to detail.Experience with data entry and CRM management.Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

Manage databases and generate reports to track and support the implementation and overseeing of compliance initiatives.Calendar management and scheduling of meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and any requests for attendance.Perform assistance on social media management and other digital marketing initiatives.Management of documents and data entry.Take notes or minutes at various meetings and distribute notes and actionsDouble-check details in all paperwork, collaborating with others as needed.Conduct research and analysis as needed for assigned projects.Respond to customer concerns/inquiries via email, phone, etc.Create company documentation and presentations for internal, client-facing, marketing/sales, and processes as directed by the client.As required, assist with incoming requests/tasks related to the business.
