Job Description:
As a CAD Operator (MEPFS), you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings, schematics, and designs for various projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed CAD drawings for MEPFS systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary designs.Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop and modify drawings based on project requirements.Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to understand project requirements.Update and maintain CAD files and project documentation.Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of drawings and revisions.Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports as needed.Perform site visits to gather necessary information for accurate drawings, if required.Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a CAD Operator with a focus on MEPFS systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software.Strong understanding of MEPFS systems and industry standards.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
