Crawford is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Support Specialist to join our team. As a Business Process Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process client information in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and turnaround time requirements.
- Review and identify adjustments and variances to reconcile, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information.
- Summarize information to prepare necessary reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Liaise with other processors to resolve issues and reconcile any discrepancies regarding client information.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and customer-oriented manner.
- Uphold the Crawford Code of Conduct by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties and other related tasks as assigned to contribute to other business processes.
- College Graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in collections.
- Willingness to work nights and be open to new challenges.
- Shift: Night (US hours)
- Must be open to work onsite daily (Monday-Friday)
- Project-Based (6 MONTHS)
- Salary Package: 25,000.00
