Job Description:

Procurement Specialist

Assist the company in the procurement of indirect supplies and services, ensuring compliance with established policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sourcing process, analyzing requisitions and enforcing supplier compliance strategy.
  • Identify non-value added work to support a hands-free order environment.
  • Monitor recurring transactional spend to reduce total amount.
  • Direct shopping carts to frame contracts and catalogs where available.
  • Communicate with internal users about available items in catalogs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or related major.
  • Minimum 18 months' experience in procurement, with sourcing, evaluating bids, and customer request processing.
  • Preferably with negotiation experience, international logistics expertise, and supplier management with foreign incoterms.
  • Previous experience with SAP-ERP, SRM, CRM, or comparable system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to follow procedures and sequential processes.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze and drive process efficiencies.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
