Responsibilities:
Coordinating accounting functions and programs for the finance team.
Preparing and reporting company financial statements(Income statements/PNL, balance sheets, cash flows)Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditures.
Preparing and monitoring budgets.
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Cash control, selling cycle, inventory, and Annual audit Lead. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
Preparing regulatory requirements, tax returns for third party audit, BIR, and local government.
Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Performing other accounting duties and supporting staff as required or assigned.

Qualifications:
3+ years of accounting experience specifically in PNL and FS.Working knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and stress management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
Ability to train and manage staff.
Ability to work with little to no supervision.
