Experience/Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor of Library and Information Science Have related work experience of at least 2 years The key accountabilities are, but not limited to:Working closely with all members of the Library Team and other personnel of the SchoolReference Service: Provides library orientation to both the faculty and the students regarding the policies, procedures, rules and regulations and physical orientation of the libraryCataloging: Organizes new and old materials quickly, efficiently and accuratelyWeeding: Deselects and takes out books that are worn out, no longer updated, and with multiple copiesFloor Plan: Arranges the physical set up of the librarySourcing of Library Resources: Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective and efficient sourcing of Library resourcesLibrary Website Maintenance: Coordinate with the Library members and outsourced supplier in maintaining excellent status of the library website and systemAd hoc projects as required
