Drive sales operations at the branch level, driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent dealer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow branch sales through dealer recruitment.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with dealers.
  • Conduct fieldwork to widen dealer network.
  • Co-host in-store training programs and strategize with team to promote products.
  • Couch existing dealers on dealer group management.

Requirements:

  • Sales or supervisory experience.
