Moreover, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the running of finance systems and associated projects, takes responsibility for critical business finance function, monitoring of financial projects and reporting facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Support – Manila Office

Manage account entries, documents, payments & finances for the CompanyAssist in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, & other reportsUploading of AP documents such as vendor invoices, statements of account, and billing statementsAssist in Finance Monthly Closing as needed. This includes recording adjustments for prepayments, accruals, depreciations etc.Maintenance of Vendor Master Data and Customer Master DataPreferably with experience in Bank reconciliation, Account reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, Flux analysis, Intercompany AccountingFinance Support – Singapore Office, Malaysia Office, Indonesia Office, etc.Prepare and post journal entries, manage and organize business documents, and provide assistance in payments & financesPerform monthly closing tasks as assignedMaintain Vendor Master Data, Customer Master Data, and Reference DataReconcile accounts as neededPreparation and uploading of external and intercompany invoices in timely manner

Liaison with auditors for statutory compliance and statutory returns

REQUIREMENTS
